As for Stelzer’s local lawyering, case.net says late January 2008 is when his Missouri law license was reinstated and SOS says late January 2008 is when he filed papers for The Stelzer Law Firm, LLC.
May 2008 is when Stelzer incorporated The Steinclub FC Management Co for purposes of managing bars, restaurants and office space. Guess he didn’t think he would get elected when he made the full time legislator promise. That or the Stelzer definition of full time is something more along the lines of part full time, which I believe is also one of the definitions of half-assed.
This sort of campaign is usually the stuff of Dustin Mitchell or Drew Pritt.
