These aren't isolated incidents by any means and the Post-Dispatch is creating a hostile environment for many readers. These aren't just in a forum of loons, though there's plenty to explore there as well--they are attached to news stories so if someone just comes to read the paper, they get smacked with these at the bottom of the story. How does this serve the readers of the Post-Dispatch? The point is why are you allowing comments on these stories if you cannot control the behavior.
