If Auschwitz was an extermination camp, why were there barracks for the people on their way to being resettled in the occupied Soviet territories?

To all historical revisionists: Do you honestly believe that a hoax of this magnitude could be perpetrated by the collusion of nearly every government in the world, Nobel prize winners, the vast majority of reputable historians and millions of eye-witnesses from all over the world. Apparently this hoax also includes the production of a massiive amount of fraudulent evidence, including film footage, by organizations such as the US Army, the United Nations, and many other governments around the world. Stop and assess your collective ignorance and bias-induced stupidity.
taxpayer April 28, 2009 12:31PM CST Lucille-what is disturbing to many is that the “facts” have been so distorted as to cast doubt about the authenticity of the event. For example-Auchwitz used to have a memorial plaque that said 4 million people were killed there. A new plaque has been installed stating that 1.5 million died there. A difference of 2.5 million people? How could an exaggeration like that have existed for so long. If there are distortions of that magnitude it raises questions and suspicion on this entire historical event.
