It’s always interesting to look through old campaign finance reports. Usually the time just isn’t there. However, when someone starts shouting about someone else, you wonder whether they can meet their own standard. In Maria’s case, not so much:
In her 2004 race, Maria took money from New Leadership Council.
The New Leadership Council was essentially a project of Sherman Parker and his allies. It changed it’s name to New Leadership Council in 2003 from Republicans Unite Now
Big donors to the PAC were Sherman Parker and MO Freedom PAC.
So…what does that mean about Maria?.
Will we be seeing a very serious release from AFT now?
And in the same cycle, the New Leadership PAC donated to Peter Kinder, Jim Lembke, and… wait for it… Cynthia Davis.
